摘要

目的探讨治疗高血压脑出血术后病人的最佳疗法。方法将本病患者100例随机分为治疗组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用内科西药(甘露醇、心痛定、罗氏芬等)常规治疗

治疗组在对照组治疗基础上

术后9天加用针刺

取内关、水沟、三阴交、极泉、委中等穴

并合用头针

治疗10天(1次/日)

以神经功能缺损评分进行治疗前后的功能评价。结果采用针刺法能明显改善患者的神经功能缺损程度

治疗组总有效率为86.0%

对照组总有效率为14.0%

经统计学处理(P<0.01)

两组间差异有非常显著性意义。结论治疗组疗效优于对照组。采用针刺配合西药治疗高血压脑出血有协同作用

疗效更好。
