摘要

目的观察电针刺激内麻点用于四肢骨科手术后镇痛的有效性和安全性。方法采用随机分组、平行对照、多中心临床试验方法

纳入200例病人

试验组100例为电针刺激内麻点加口服安慰剂

对照组100例为安慰针加口服盐酸曲马多片。结果两组镇痛治疗前、后各时点的疼痛体征改善情况

试验组平均分数下降高于对照组(P<0·001);两组治疗后镇痛疗效比较

试验组优于对照组(P<0·001

P<0·05);两组治疗安全性等级比较

试验组明显高于对照组(P<0·001)。结论电针刺激内麻点用于四肢手术后镇痛效果及安全性均优于常规镇痛药。
