目的了解国内对针灸治疗感音神经性耳聋的研究状况。方法电子检索中国期刊网

获得1994年1月-2004年8月有关针灸治疗感音神经性耳聋的文献60篇

进行分析评价。结果描述性研究占71.7%

试验性研究占28.3%

研究病种主要为突发性聋

治疗方法主要为耳针及体针

多数文献没有明确的诊断标准

疗效标准多为自拟

没有详述对结果的处理方法

1篇文献报告了不良反应。结论针灸治疗感音神经性耳聋尚属起步阶段

其疗效有待高质量试验进一步证实。
