摘要

目的观察“泻南补北”法治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压病的降压疗效。方法随机将90例高血压病患者分为“泻南补北”法治疗组(治疗组)59例和服用开搏通加阿司匹林肠溶片组(对照组)31例

比较两组症状疗效和降压疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93·2%

对照组为77·4%

治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0·05)。两组治疗后收缩压和舒张压均比治疗前降低(P<0·05)

但两组降压疗效比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论“泻南补北”针刺法的降血压效果与口服开搏通加阿司匹林肠溶片的效果相仿

在改善症状方面治疗组优于对照组。
