摘要

目的探讨针刺治疗帕金森病(PD)的作用机制。方法Wistar大鼠50只

随机分为正常对照组、假手术对照组、模型组、风府太冲组和“双固一通”组5组

以6-羟基多巴胺右侧纹状体微量注射法制备偏侧PD大鼠旋转模型

对比观察单纯针刺“风府”“太冲”和“双固一通”取穴法对PD模型大鼠神经干细胞增殖及分化的影响。采用免疫组织化学方法观察各组黑质、纹状体细胞增殖情况及神经干细胞数量变化

以免疫组织化学双标记法观测各组神经干细胞转化为神经元的数量。结果两针刺组损毁侧黑质、纹状体增殖细胞显著增多(P<0.01)

但只有“双固一通”组损毁侧黑质、纹状体神经干细胞及转化的神经元数量显著增加(P<0.01)。结论初步提示“双固一通”法能引起PD模型大鼠黑质和纹状体区神经干细胞发生明显增殖

并促使其向神经元方向分化。
