摘要

目的:解决提插补泻与徐疾补泻在论述上的矛盾。方法:在一定的条件下

利用动能定理

推导出外力(术者施加于针的作用力和一切阻碍针体运动的力的合力)和针体运动速度的关系

从而得出当术者用力下插或上提针时

针的运动速度增加。结论:提插补泻中重插轻提与轻插重提的轻重应理解为进退针幅度的大小;徐疾补泻中的徐疾应理解为速度的快慢。
