摘要

目的:研究透穴刺法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效及其作用机理。方法:90例偏头痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组

每组45例。治疗组采用透穴刺法

对照组采用普通刺法

进行对照观察

同时对治疗前后的脑血流速度用经颅多普勒超声进行检测。结果:治疗组有效率97·8%

明显优于对照组的80·0%

经统计学处理

P<0·05

差异具有显著性意义。透穴刺法能够明显改善颅内主要动脉的最高平均血流速度

治疗组与对照组治疗后比较

差异具有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论:透穴刺法能够治疗偏头痛

具有治愈率高

疗效显著的特点。
