摘要

目的:验证扬刺、齐刺法为主治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组采用扬刺法及齐刺法针刺治疗

对照组采用常规针刺法治疗

两组同时配合运动疗法。结果:两组治疗后临床指标均较治疗前有明显改善

而治疗组疗效明显好于对照组(P<0·01)。结论:针刺结合运动疗法治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效确切

而采用扬刺、齐刺法为主治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效更佳。
