摘要

干燥综合征为临床难治疾病之一

目前尚没有根治的方法。笔者通过长期临床实践

结合近年来中医临床研究成果

总结出了四辨统一经、针刺三部行的针灸临床辨证和治疗思路

将治疗的重点定位于三焦

取穴以三焦经穴为主

配以调理气机、调整内脏功能的腧穴

取得了较好的临床疗效

为针灸治疗干燥综合征增添了新的方法。
