摘要

目的:观察子午流注针法对中风病人心肌缺血的影响。方法:选择中风病人中的心肌缺血患者30例

按子午流注纳子法采用心经“补母泻子法”择时开穴

对照组30例针刺光明穴

通过心电监护仪观察记录心电图针刺前后的变化。结果:子午流注针法治疗后30分钟

STT段抬高幅度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)

治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:经络气血存在着与时间节律相关的盛衰变化

子午流注针法有利于提高临床疗效。
