摘要

目的观察重灸翳风穴合电针与单纯电针两种方法治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法将87例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为重灸翳风穴合电针治疗组与电针对照组。治疗组47例

重灸翳风穴加电针阳白、迎香、地仓等穴;对照组40例

单纯用电针治疗。两组均治疗30天后观察疗效。结果治疗组的总有效率100·0%

对照组的总有效率87·5%

两组疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论重灸翳风穴合电针治疗周围性面神经麻痹的临床疗效优于单纯电针治疗。
