摘要

目的观察针刺运动疗法治疗风热型急性单纯性喉炎的临床疗效

并探索其治疗机理。方法将80例病人随机分为试验组和对照组各40例。试验组采用针刺运动疗法(针刺开音1号穴结合喉部声门深呼吸运动)

每日1次;对照组行西药(0·9%氯化钠注射液20mL

硫酸庆大霉素注射液8万U

地塞米松注射液5mg)超声雾化吸入

每日2次。疗程均为5天。结果试验组愈显率为90·0%

对照组为82·5%

两组愈显率比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05);试验组治疗前后其症状体征积分及嗓音声学参数值比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论针刺运动疗法治疗风热型急性单纯性喉炎疗效显著

且无毒副作用

值得临床推广应用。
