摘要

目的:研究电针夹脊穴对海洛因依赖者稽延性戒断症状的干预效应。方法:将120例海洛因依赖者随机分为4组:针刺1组(夹脊穴、肾俞)、针刺2组(四肢穴)、模拟组和对照组

采用稽延性戒断症状评分量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抑郁自评量表积分(SDS)观察治疗前、治疗4、8、10周的变化。结果:在治疗4、8、10周

针刺1组、针刺2组的稽延性戒断症状和HAMA、SDS与对照组相比差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:电针可明显改善稽延性戒断症状

减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪。电针夹脊穴明显优于四肢穴位。
