摘要

根据中医对缺血性中风病机的认识

在醒脑开窍针法和卒中单元的基础上创立了石氏中风单元疗法

该法涵盖了中风病的不同时期、不同阶段的治疗方法

从病人发病初期ICU的治疗、手术治疗到针灸及中西药物治疗并配合康复训练、饮食疗法、情志、心理疗法及健康教育等

形成了一套完整的更能体现中医特色的自成体系的中风病综合治疗方案。石氏中风单元的显著疗效不是来源于某一个单独的疗法

而是源于一个新模式系统管理下出现的综合效应

促使我们进一步思考针灸临床发展方向问题。
