摘要

笔者自2000年开始运用火针治疗棘上、棘间韧带劳损

取得满意疗效。现将临床体会报告如下。1临床资料本组57例中

男24例

女33例;年龄28～53岁;病程2个月～7年;慢性劳损者36例

急性损伤后遗症者21例。病变部位:T5棘上韧带15例

L4/L5棘间韧带6例

L5/S1棘间韧带12例

L4棘上韧带21例

L4/L5、L5/S1棘间韧带合并者3例。临床
