摘要

目的:观察隔药灸疗法治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效及对自身激素水平的影响。方法:将96例原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组48例

采用隔药灸疗法;对照组48例

服月月舒冲剂。连续治疗3个月经周期后进行观察比较。结果:治疗组愈显率、有效率分别为87.5%

明显优于对照组的29.2%、83.3%;组间比较差异有非常显著性和显著性意义(P<0.01

P<0.05)。治疗后经血的前列腺素含量和经期血浆催产素含量均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:隔药灸疗法治疗原发性痛经疗效可靠

其作用机制可能通过调节患者异常的前列腺素及血浆催产素水平而发挥疗效。
