摘要

目的:观察壮医药线点灸与针刺治疗肺虚哮喘的效应差异。方法:72例肺虚哮喘患者随机分为壮医药线点灸组和针灸对照组

均每天施灸1

次

共21天。观察两组患者总体疗效、血清免疫球蛋白和C3补体含量、肺功能变化、症状体征改善情况等。结果:两组临床总体疗效差异无显著性意义

但临床控制率壮医药线点灸组高于针灸对照组;壮医药线点灸可明显改善哮喘患者咳嗽、咳痰、喘息等症状

改善呼吸功能

提高IgG及C3补体水平

降低IgE水平。结论:壮医药线点灸对肺虚哮喘有较好疗效

且安全方便。
