摘要

目的:用计算机三维重构技术展示命门穴组织结构及其毗邻组织的空间立体结构。方法:将一具未经灌注的女性尸体冰冻

采用电刨切割

每层断面用数码相机和光学相机进行拍摄

将所获两套二维横断面图像数据资料进行图像排序、配准、勾画和区域分割

然后用三维软件进行人体腰部(含命门穴)外形重建

获得女性断面原始图片数据集(3022片

片厚0.57mm)

经三维重建软件重建和切割后

得到经命门穴的矢状面

冠状面

前后、左右斜切面的断面显示图像。结果:命门穴的大体结构通过计算机重建

可从任何角度动态观察

证实命门穴大体形态的立体构筑规律。
