摘要

探讨针灸临床“热证是否宜灸”的疑难问题。对针灸经典专著的有关篇章加以引用、分析

结合笔者多年来的实践经验以及现代医学的实验研究。考证了“正反逆从”的治疗原则及“以热引热”的治疗方法为“热证可灸”的最朴素的理论依据

艾灸的抑菌、退热、改善微循环等作用机理也为实验研究所证实。说明艾灸适用于包括实热和虚热在内的所有热证。
