摘要

目的评价针刺夹脊穴为主治疗腰椎骨质增生症的疗效。方法72例病人以针刺L2

5华佗夹脊穴为主

治疗前后均用Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分并进行临床疗效评定。结果治疗前患者ODI评分为0.562±0.199

治疗后为0.123±0.196

治疗前后比较差异有非常显著性意义(P

0.01)。72例中临床治愈36例

好转32例

有效率为94.4%。结论夹脊穴治疗腰椎骨质增生症能明显改善患者功能活动状况。
