摘要

目的:探讨在西医治疗基础上针刺治疗持续性植物状态的疗效。方法:治疗组针刺"立命"、水沟、印堂、十宣、哑门、涌泉等穴

多用醒脑开窍法

脱证先用灸法至虚象好转

再用上法。并设立西医常规治疗对照组

治疗组在用同样的西医常规治疗的基础上进行。结果:治疗组患者3个疗程神志恢复率90.0％

痊愈率5.0％

6个疗程神志恢复率95.0％

痊愈率25.0％

明显优于对照组的47.5％、0和65.0％、5.0％。结论:针刺可提高持续性植物状态患者神志恢复率及痊愈率。
