摘要

目的:探求和讨论脑血管病从络脉治疗的理论基础和临床治疗方法。方法:从《内经》《难经》的相关论述推导脑络的结构组成;从相关理论及实验研究结论说明根据络脉理论用针灸方法治疗脑血管病的机理、作用途径。结论:(1)脑络脉是由阳明经、太阳经、督脉及其长强络脉所组成;(2)血气丰富是脑络的生理特点

脑络病变是全身络脉的一部分

“虚、毒、瘀”是脑络病变的病理基础

“瘀”是络脉病变重要的病理环节;(3)针刺相关经脉的腧穴、井穴刺血和刺络放血、低能量激光血管内照射三类方法是根据络脉理论治疗脑血管病的临床有效途径。
