摘要

目的:比较分期整体针灸法与常规针灸法治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:将113例患者随机分为治疗组(63例)和对照组(50例)。治疗组按整体针灸法分期取穴治疗

对照组按常规针灸法取穴治疗

比较两组治疗后的效果。结果:治疗组在降低中风病中医病类诊断计分及神经功能缺损程度评分方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)

而且治疗组临床疗效与对照组比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:分期整体针灸法治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效优于常规针刺法。
