摘要

目的:观察阿是穴四花刺法对急性软组织损伤的疗效。方法:采用随机对照方法

将合格受试者随机分为治疗组(105例)、对照组(108例)

分别给予阿是穴四花刺法和常规针刺法治疗

评价其疗效及安全性。结果:治疗组痊愈显效率79.0%

优于对照组的65.7%(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组患者疼痛、功能障碍、总积分的改善程度较对照组更显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组较对照组起效更快

达痊愈时间更短(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:阿是穴四花刺法治疗急性软组织损伤安全有效。
