摘要

目的 :探讨治疗卒中后抑郁症的有效方法。方法 :随机将 2 5 6例卒中后抑郁症患者分为口服西药对照组 (76例 )和醒脑开窍针法针刺组 (180例 )

观察两组临床疗效 ;以卒中后抑郁症相关因素及血浆中相关单胺类神经递质含量的变化为指标探讨治疗机制。结果 :针刺组患者的临床症状和各种抑郁量表相关指标均得到改善

血液中相关单胺类递质含量提高

与西药组比较差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :醒脑开窍针法可以通过改善疾病相关因素来治疗卒中后抑郁症。
