摘要

目的:观察电针配合走罐治疗躯体形式障碍的临床疗效。方法:以中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准3为标准选取25例躯体形式障碍患者

用电针配合走罐治疗4个疗程共20次

观察治疗前后症状积分改善情况及疗效。结果:25例患者显效13例

好转9例

无效3例

总有效率88.0%;治疗后症状自评量表躯体化、焦虑、抑郁等因子分值显著低于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合走罐治疗躯体形式障碍

能在早期控制症状

改善不良情绪

疗效确切

可作为治疗躯体形式障碍的一种方法。
