摘要

目的:观察透穴刺法治疗中风后小脑性共济失调的临床疗效并对其安全性作出评价。方法:采用随机、平行对照、单盲、多中心的研究方法

对4家医院的224例患者按1∶1的比例分为治疗组和对照组各112例。治疗组采用透穴刺法

对照组采用普通刺法

对治疗前后的症状、体征进行观察

同时观察治疗前后对经颅多普勒(TCD)的影响。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%

明显优于对照组的77.4%

经统计学处理(P<0.01)

差异具有非常显著性意义。透穴刺法能够明显改善患者基底动脉、椎动脉及小脑后下动脉TCD(Vs、Vm、Vd、PI、RI)

其作用优于对照组。结论:透穴刺法治疗中风后小脑性共济失调疗效显著

安全性好

值得临床推广应用。
