摘要

目的:观察不同刺血量治疗足部急性痛风性关节炎之疗效。方法:将630例足部急性痛风性关节炎患者按就诊顺序随机分为A组、B组和C组

分别用火针点刺穴位放血20mL、40mL、60mL。结果:A、B、C三组有效率分别为88.1%、92.8%、97.6%

C组疗效最好;C组与A组比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)

C组与B组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:刺血疗法是治疗足部急性痛风性关节炎的有效方法

疗效与出血量有关

出血量多者疗效好。
