摘要

目的评价针刺四神聪治疗失眠症的疗效。方法收集失眠患者65例

采用多导睡眠检测仪进行规范检测

比较失眠患者经针刺四神聪治疗前后睡眠质量及睡眠结构各参数的变化。结果经过针刺四神聪治疗3周后

失眠患者的睡眠质量评估较前有明显改善(P<0.05)

睡眠率由(61.95±22.90)%升高至(79.27±11.05)%(P<0.05)。结论针刺四神聪治疗失眠症疗效显著。
