摘要

目的:评价中药穴位贴敷治疗面瘫的疗效和安全性。方法:计算机检索中国数字医院图书馆全文数据库1994年1月-2004年12月、中国生物医学文献光盘数据库1995年1月-2004年12月文献

对纳入文献进行质量评价

采用RevMan4.2.5进行Meta分析。结果:16篇随机对照试验文献

共2157例患者符合纳入标准。Meta分析结果显示中药穴位贴敷与单纯针刺或西药比较

疗效的差异有统计学意义[OR5.58

95%CI(3.41

9.13)

P<0.00001及OR5.53

95%CI(3.47

8.19)

P<0.00001]。结论:从现有的临床证据来看

中药穴位贴敷治疗面瘫有效

安全性较高

但还非常需要高质量的随机对照试验来进一步验证和支持。
