摘要

目的观察足三里穴位注射凯西莱治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的疗效。方法符合诊断标准的非酒精性脂肪肝患者100例

随机分为试验组50例和对照组50例。试验组足三里(双侧)注射凯西莱注射液2mL

一周3次

疗程3个月。对照组给予静脉滴注凯西莱注射液2支(200mL)

每日1次

疗程3个月。观察2组甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和临床症状变化。结果治疗后2组症状及TG、TC、MDA、SOD、AST、ALT与治疗前比较

差异有显著性意义(P<0·05);但2组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0·05)。结论足三里穴位注射凯西莱对非酒精性脂肪肝有一定的治疗作用

且此法操作方便、经济、无明显的副作用

是防治脂肪肝的有效方法。
