摘要

目的观察温针灸对坐骨神经痛患者痛阈值的影响

探索将痛阈值作为判断坐骨神经痛疗效的量化标准的可行性。方法将90例病人随机分为3组

每组30例。温针灸组取肾俞、大肠俞、环跳等穴

施以温针灸;西药组口服尼美舒利片;穴位注射组用654-2作穴位注射

取穴同温针灸组。结果3组治愈率分别为56·67%、26·67%、20·00%;3组总有效率分别为90·00%、73·33%、63·33%。温针灸组疗效优于西药组、穴位注射组(均P<0·01)。温针灸组痛阈值平均上升幅度优于西药组、穴位注射组(均P<0·01)。结论温针灸治疗坐骨神经痛能使痛阈值升高

改善临床症状

提高患者生活质量。
