摘要

目的:探讨阿是穴刺血的镇痛机理。方法:将40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、消炎痛组、刺血组

除空白组外

其余各组采用踝关节腔注射尿酸钠溶液复制急性痛风性关节炎模型

其中消炎痛组用消炎痛灌胃

刺血组用阿是穴刺血处理。测定各组大鼠外周疼痛介质K+、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)的含量。结果:(1)刺血组较模型组外周疼痛介质K+含量明显降低(P<0·01)

DA、5-HT含量亦降低(P<0·05)。(2)刺血组与模型组NE含量无差异。结论:阿是穴刺血能有效抑制外周疼痛介质K+、DA、5-HT的释放。
