摘要

目的探讨头针对手术期氧化应激反应的调节作用。方法选择需做肠癌根治术的患者52例

随机分为两组

头针加全麻组(简称头针组)和单纯全麻组(简称全麻组)各26例。头针组患者先行头针麻醉诱导20min

然后行全身麻醉

头针麻醉持续刺激至手术结束。全麻组只行单纯气管内全麻。观察头针对手术期氧化应激产物丙二醛(MDA)

氧自由基清除剂超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果两组在术后MDA均明显降低(P<0.05)

手术前后MDA的差值组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);头针组术后SOD无明显变化(P>0.05)

全麻组术后SOD明显降低(P<0.05)

手术前后SOD的差值组间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论头针可抑制抗氧化防御系统酶SOD的降低

因此头针对减轻手术期的氧化应激反应有一定的作用。
