摘要

目的比较梅花针叩刺与激素疗法对急性期周围性面神经炎的疗效差异。方法治疗组32例急性期用梅花针叩刺治疗

对照组30例口服或静脉点滴地塞米松

治疗5天后2组均只用针刺治疗。对比两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为100.0%

对照组总有效率为93.4%

经统计学χ2检验

P<0.05

二者差异有显著性意义。结论急性期梅花针叩刺治疗面神经炎疗效优于激素治疗。
