摘要

目的探讨电针在周围性面瘫治疗中的作用。方法将86例患者分为电针加中药组(治疗组)45例

针刺加中药组(对照组)41例

对照组针刺患侧太阳、阳白等穴

并服用加味牵正散

治疗组在此基础上加用电针。对两组的临床治疗效果进行分析与评定。结果治疗组有效率97.8%

对照组有效率82.9%

两组有效率比较差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)

治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论在针刺加中药基础上加用电针治疗周围性面瘫效果较好。
