摘要

目的:观察和验证祛风化痰针刺法治疗风痰型假性球麻痹的临床疗效。方法:将240例确诊为风痰型假性球麻痹的病人随机分入观察组和对照组

每组各120例

分别给予祛风化痰针刺法和胞二磷胆碱钠注射液静脉滴注加空白针刺法治疗

1个月后对主要症状、体征进行系统的比较和评估。结果:观察组治愈率和总有效率为40.7%和89.0%

均明显优于对照组的7.6%和37.0%

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:祛风化痰针刺法对风痰型假性球麻痹有明显的治疗作用

能减轻乃至消除患者的相关症状和体征

有较大的临床推广应用价值。
