摘要

目的:对比按期不同经取穴方法与常规针刺法治疗中风后偏瘫的疗效。方法:将128例中风后偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各64例

治疗组以Brunnstrom脑卒中运动恢复六阶段表作为治疗偏瘫分期标准

按不同分期选取不同经穴进行治疗

对照组以常规针刺治疗。同时用简式FuglMeyer运动量表作为疗效评定标准进行疗效评定。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%

对照组为57.9%

治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:按期分经电针法治疗中风后偏瘫效果好。
