摘要

目的评价“佐金平木法”在针灸治疗慢性胆囊炎中的意义。方法40例病人随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组针刺、艾灸结合

采用“佐金平木法”;对照组采用常规灸法。结果治疗后第1天

两组疼痛均明显改善(P<0.001)

但两组间疗效无明显差别(P=0.843);在治疗结束后15天治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P=0.000)。结论辨证在针灸临床中有重要意义

传统中医理论中的“佐金平木”的治疗原则是有科学根据的。
