摘要

目的:比较穴位埋线与常规针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异。方法:将140例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例。治疗组采用羊肠线穴位埋线

每周1次

3次为一疗程;对照组采用常规针刺

隔天1次

10次为一疗程。结果:治疗组治疗1个疗程和随访3个月后的有效率分别为95·6%、88·2%

均优于对照组的84·6%、72·3%(均P<0·05)。结论:穴位埋线法疗效较好。
