摘要

目的:观察神阙穴隔药灸对帕金森病临床疗效。方法:将90例帕金森病患者按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(36例)

两组同时服用常规治疗帕金森病的西药

治疗组加用神阙穴隔药灸

分别观察其综合疗效及帕金森病功能量表(改良UPDRS评分)比较。结果:治疗组总有效率83.3%

明显高于对照组的58.3%(P<0.01);治疗组改良UPDRS积分减少74.1%

明显优于对照组的16.7%(P<0.01)。结论:神阙穴隔药灸治疗帕金森病确有一定疗效。
