摘要

目的探讨电针对脑梗死的作用规律。方法采用热凝闭法建立SD大鼠MCAO模型

电针“百会”“大椎”穴

采用NSS评价神经功能缺损情况、TTC染色检测脑梗死体积、HE染色观测脑组织病理改变。结果MCAO可造成大鼠神经功能缺损和脑梗死及脑组织病理损害

但上述损害可随着缺血时间的延长而有不同程度的自愈趋势;电针可使不同缺血时相的各种损害减轻。结论电针具有改善神经功能缺损、缩小脑梗死体积和减轻缺血性病理损害程度的作用;研究还提示针灸治疗缺血性脑卒中进行早期干预具有十分重要的临床意义。
