摘要

目的探讨有效提高药物流产完全流产的方法并观察其病理变化。方法将200例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。观察组采用针刺合谷、三阴交、内关、昆仑;对照组不针刺。观察两组患者流产率、出血情况、副反应及病理变化。结果观察组的完全流产率96·0%优于对照组的88·0%(P<0·05);两组出血时间、病理观察结果方面差异有显著性意义(P<0·05)。结论针刺可提高药物流产完全流产率

且出血时间短

绒毛残留少于对照组。
