摘要

目的:对素髎、水沟穴的主治机理进行新的阐释。方法:以中医的藏象学说为中心

结合西医解剖学对素、水沟穴的主治机理进行分析。结果:不仅提出五官与五脏之间有相互对应(外形的“复制”)的关系

而且运用这一理论解释了素、水沟穴以及周围(鼻尖、鼻中沟)某些奇穴具有相同主治作用的理由。结论:该思路对发现新的针灸治疗点及确定针刺的角度、方向具有指导意义。
