摘要

目的:探讨绝缘电针治疗周围性面瘫的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(40例)。观察组用绝缘电针

对照组用普通电针

取穴同为颊车、阳白、地仓、下关、风池、合谷

两组均同时配合药物治疗

分别进行临床疗效观察。结果:观察组痊愈45例

显效11例

好转4例

有效率100.0%;对照组痊愈26例

显效2例

好转10例

无效2例

有效率95.0%。观察组愈显率优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:绝缘电针治疗周围性面瘫疗效优于普通电针。
