摘要

目的寻找治疗慢性肝炎伴脾肿大的有效方法。方法将578例患者随机分为治疗组(中药离子透入治疗组)292例和对照组(基础保肝治疗组)286例

两组均给予促肝细胞生长素和丹参静脉点滴

治疗组同时给予中药离子透入治疗

每日1次

20次为一疗程

1个疗程后统计两组疗效。结果治疗组对脾肿大的治愈率和有效率(66·1%

98·6%)均明显高于对照组(18·2%

76·2%)。治疗组在改善肝功能、缩小脾脏以及缓解脾功能亢进方面

疗效明显优于对照组(P<0·05)。结论中药离子透入对慢性肝炎伴脾肿大的治疗有显著效果。
