摘要

目的:对不同针刺方法治疗尿道综合征的临床效果进行客观评价。方法:将89例女性尿道综合征患者随机分为电针组、手针组

采用国际尿控协会排尿障碍症状评价、生活质量评分对患者治疗前后进行评价

并进行疗效比较。结果:两组均可使排尿异常症状缓解(P<0.05);电针组近期痊愈率为51.8%

高于手针组的17.1%(P<0.05)。结论:电针疗法治疗女性尿道综合征疗效优于手针疗法。
