摘要

目的观察比较不同针灸疗法对糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对神经传导速度的影响。方法将54例患者随机分为基础治疗加针刺组(Ⅰ组)、基础治疗加穴位注射弥可保组(Ⅱ组)、基础治疗加梅花针叩刺组(Ⅲ组)3组进行比较观察。结果Ⅲ组有效率85.71%

Ⅱ组有效率76.47%

Ⅰ组有效率56.25%;Ⅲ组治疗后下肢运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度有明显改善。结论与另外两种方法相比

梅花针叩刺对糖尿病周围神经病变有比较好的疗效。
