摘要

目的:比较针刺与促排卵西药治疗内分泌失调性不孕症的疗效差异。方法:将不孕症患者240例随机分为针刺组(160例)和西药组(80例)

针刺组针刺归来、关元、子宫、中极等穴

西药组选用克罗米芬治疗

二组进行比较。结果:治疗后

针刺组受孕率65.0%

西药组受孕率45.0%

针刺组与西药组比较(P<0.05)

差异有显著性意义。结论:针刺有促排卵作用

治疗内分泌失调性不孕症疗效显著。
