摘要

目的:寻找治疗脑梗死的有效方法。方法:将60例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均采用常规针刺方法治疗

观察组加用“闪动效应”针刺法。比较两组疗效、肌力恢复程度、日常生活活动能力的情况。结果:两组疗法在上肢肌力恢复总有效率方面没有明显差异(P>0.05);两组疗法在下肢肌力恢复总有效率方面差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。两疗法在提高日常生活活动能力方面差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:“闪动效应”针法治疗脑梗死偏瘫疗效显著。
